How we work

We advise, we do not implement. We tell you what to do, why, and when, and we stop there, because the moment an advisor profits from the execution, the advice stops being worth having.

We start small and let the value fund the next step. A first engagement is fixed in scope and low in commitment. It earns the next step or it does not, and you decide with evidence instead of faith.

And when a vendor funds our work, the rule is simple and it is in the contract. Sponsored, never controlled. A vendor can fund our reach and our attention. It cannot buy the conclusion.
